LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed your current Subscription fee and under no circumstances shall we be liable for your incidental or consequential damages.

You are fully responsible for the content posted on your social media presences.  We will work to accurately convey your message online, but the fundamental content is your responsibility. 

Social Bundle aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs having adverse effects) do not reside on the Site, but Social Bundle accepts no responsibility for any virus or other malicious code that a member may acquire from the use of the Site.

Social Bundle owns or is lawfully entitled to all of the copyrighted material in this Site. All other intellectual property rights are reserved.

All trademarks, product names and company names, and logos appearing on this web site are the property of their respective owners.

Social Bundle assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the Site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on such hyperlinked sites. Social Bundle may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that Social Bundle endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RENEWALS

Starter Bundle

There is a one-time upfront set-up fee for the Starter Bundle of $299.

Maintenance Bundle

The current annual Subscription fee for the Maintenance Bundle is $708, which is billed in 12, $59 monthly installments to your credit card, or annually for one (1) $708 payment.  You will be notified of any increase in the current annual Subscription fee and set-up fee on the User Agreement page on the Social Bundle Site. Increases will take effect upon the annual renewal of your Subscription.

There is an upfront set-up fee to join Social Bundle of $199.

Social Bundle reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your Subscription, at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. If Social Bundle cancels your Subscription, it will stop billing the monthly Subscription installment(s) for the remaining Subscription period immediately upon cancellation. No previously paid fees will be refunded.

Subscription is effective for a period of twelve (12) months following the Subscription enrollment date, and twelve (12) months following the Subscription renewal date in subsequent years.

Your Subscription will automatically renew to another annual Subscription after the first twelve (12) months, and the credit card on file will be charged accordingly, unless the Member contacts us in writing to cancel the Subscription to the address specified in “Contact Us” section below.

Only Members paying annually and have fulfilled the one year commitment are eligible receive any credit to their account upon cancellation. That amount will be equal to the unused portion of the Subscription from the first of the month following cancellation. Members are not entitled to a refund of past fees charged to their account.

If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you must mail a letter with that request to the mailing address in “Contact Us” section  below. You may also email a request to cancel your Subscription from the email address associated with your account. Once the request has been received, Social Bundle will determine if your account is eligible for cancellation.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to the choice of law provisions thereof. Any dispute arising between Members and Social Bundle will be resolved by submission to arbitration in Hennepin County, State of Minnesota in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to negate or otherwise affect the consumer protection laws of the state in which Members reside.
